FELLOWSHIPS IN TROPICAL BAT RESEARCH

In honor and memory of bat researcher extraordinaire, Elisabeth Kalko, the Smithsonian is raising funds in support of a fellowship endowment to support the next generation of tropical bat biologists. If you’d like to donate to this fund, you can do so on the donations page for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute’s Elisabeth Kalko Memorial Fellowship for Neotropical Bat Research. The Smithsonian Bat Lab is also selling stickers and t-shirts! All proceeds go to this fellowship fund. Check these out at one of our monthly Bat Nights.
